Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Support
    • Receive and forward incoming correspondence, including letters, emails, and packages.
    • Provide general information to clients and the public, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents.
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits.
  • Document Management
    • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
    • Label, file, and retrieve documents as needed.
    • Store, update, and retrieve financial data.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Organizational Skills
    • Organize and schedule office work, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • File material in storage areas and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language
    • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
