- Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits.
- Document Management
- Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
- Label, file, and retrieve documents as needed.
- Store, update, and retrieve financial data.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Organizational Skills
- Organize and schedule office work, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- File material in storage areas and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Language
- Work Language: English.
- Work Hours
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
