About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at Motion. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Process client orders, manage inventory, and coordinate equipment rentals and sales.
  • Work closely with service technicians and sales consultants to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Manage client information, including rental and inventory data, using our Navision software.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm paperwork and ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate equipment pickups and deliveries, as well as other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-facing role.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with databases.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
