Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at CSN Collision. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Manage customer relationships, build trust, and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Process customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the repair team to ensure timely and quality repairs, meeting customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and company policies to provide expert advice and guidance.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a shop environment.
