You will also assist in the monitoring, control, and reporting of variances and redirection of programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the analysis of problems and development of strategies and solutions
- Assist in the monitoring, control, and reporting of variances and redirection of programs and projects
- Prepare comprehensive reports and specifications and present solutions, producing necessary documentation
- Assist in the development, definition, and preparation of programs, processes, procedures, or methods related to management of Forestry work programs
- Maintain basic awareness of advancing technology developments related to transmission/distribution assets
- Work with others as required, assist in resolution of work problems
- Currently in 2nd year or 3rd year of a 4-year Business/Finance program
- A valid driver's license
- Requires knowledge of technical writing to prepare effective reports
- Requires knowledge of business administration and financial reporting
- Requires mathematics, information technology, analytical studies related to the application, design, and performance of the transmission/distribution system
- Demonstrated strong communication, organization, and planning skills
- Ability to function effectively as a team member with a demonstrated ability to be an agent of change
- Requires strong working knowledge of Sharepoint, Microsoft Office (Visio/Excel/Word/PowerPoint), SAP, etc.
- Requires excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills
- Develop Project and Program Management skills
- How to set up and conduct efficient meetings
- Develop the skills to write effective Briefing notes
- Understand how to analyze financial data and its importance for making business decisions
- Effective communication skills
