We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at The Lakes District Hospital in Burns Lake, BC.
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a rural general setting, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients and their families.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Advanced preparation in a clinical specialty or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification within three years.
