Nurse Practitioner

The Nurse Practitioner:
•Provides comprehensive nursing care to clients, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans to support their health and well-being.
•Collaborates with healthcare teams to coordinate care services, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes for clients.
•Enhances quality of life for clients and families through evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
•Maintains and advances clinical competence through ongoing education and professional development.
•Participates in quality improvement initiatives and contributes to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in nursing care.
This is a casual opportunity with Interior Health, offering flexibility and variety in work assignments. Casual employees are eligible to apply for internal postings, including permanent and temporary positions.
