About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Account Executive (Brand Partnerships Manager) who will lead prospective client relationships to mutually beneficial growth. This includes phone calls, product demonstrations, shrewd negotiating, closing new brand partnerships, and maintaining relationships.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, experienced and comfortable executing outbound and inbound sales initiatives and managing their sales funnel. They should be organized, detail-oriented, positive, and outgoing individuals built to thrive in a start-up environment. We're looking for team players with a work-hard play-hard mentality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
- New Business Development: Network and develop new brand relationships and partnerships to grow business and help Creator expand.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Create and execute effective outbound business development sales strategies, connecting with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Connect with inbound prospects to identify client needs and consult on solutions.
- Proposal Development: Develop comprehensive proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Sales Funnel Management: Manage your entire sales funnel from prospecting to closing a sale.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline development, and client interactions to Leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure seamless client onboarding and overall customer experience.
- Thought Leadership: Position yourself and Creator as thought leaders within the influencer and affiliate marketing industries.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years of Sales and Business Development experience, or equivalent.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred Skills: Experience in SaaS and/or Martech sales, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales strategies, Focused and goal-oriented, Team player with a work-hard play-hard mentality.
