Job Title: Lead Security Analyst, Information Security

Job Summary:

Radio Canada International is seeking a highly skilled Lead Security Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security department, you will be responsible for managing security risks and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization's information assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Risk Management: Develop and implement effective security controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • Security Framework Development: Design and maintain a comprehensive security framework that aligns with industry standards and regulations.
  • Security Governance: Provide guidance and advice to stakeholders on security-related matters and ensure that security policies and procedures are up-to-date and effective.
  • Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
  • Compliance: Ensure that our organization's security practices and procedures comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in information security, with a strong background in security risk management, security governance, and incident response.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Certifications: CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, or equivalent security-related technical certifications.

  • Work Schedule: Full-time
  • Location: Montreal, Quebec
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required for project assignments.
