Our client, a reputable law firm in the Ottawa area, is seeking a seasoned litigation associate with a strong track record of success. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in litigation and a proven ability to manage a book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex litigation matters, including commercial, employment, construction, and personal injury cases
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve client goals
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
  • Manage and mentor junior lawyers to ensure successful case outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in litigation law and best practices

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of litigation experience
  • Member of the Ontario Bar
