Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our gaming floor, ensuring that all games are running smoothly and that our customers are receiving excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the gaming floor operations, including managing staff, monitoring game performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to promote our gaming offerings and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets.
  • Identify and address any operational issues or concerns, and implement corrective actions as needed.
