Senior Director, Energy and Infrastructure

Fitch Ratings is seeking a seasoned Senior Director to join our Energy and Infrastructure team. As a key member of our Global Infrastructure and Project Finance Group, you will be responsible for analyzing and rating infrastructure and project finance transactions, with a focus on the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the analysis and rating of infrastructure and project finance transactions, with a focus on the energy sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with issuers, investors, and other stakeholders in the energy sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement credit rating methodologies and criteria.
  • Contribute to the development of industry and market-focused reports and presentations.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in project finance and infrastructure credit analysis, with a focus on the energy sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with issuers, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and support junior team members.
