We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales team in Canada, driving growth and revenue in the energy sector. As a Senior Sales Director, you'll be responsible for developing client relationships, executing product portfolio messaging, and positioning Kraken's software platform as a leader in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the energy sector
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product messaging and positioning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with energy industry clients and partners
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on the energy sector
  • Experience working with energy tech (enTech) and utility industry clients
  • Strong network of energy industry contacts and relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to C-suite clients
