Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
- Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability and minimize waste.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- More than 20 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
