Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and manage a team of more than 20 staff members
- Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Operations and Administration
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and cash handling
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving stock
- Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience at our restaurant
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Marketing and Sales
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and increase sales
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention
- Financial Management
- Manage the restaurant's budget and financial resources
- Monitor sales and revenue, and make adjustments as needed to ensure profitability
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and management principles
The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The restaurant is open 7 days a week, and staff may be required to work overtime to meet business needs.
