Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of more than 20 people, including servers, cooks, and other support staff.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives. The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as the ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
