Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality product knowledge.
- Manage inventory levels, order merchandise, and authorize returns as needed.
- Establish work schedules and oversee daily store operations.
- Sell merchandise and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking shipments.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
- Manage cash handling and reconcile transactions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- No prior Canadian work experience required.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
