Design Thinking Professor

Join us at the University of Ottawa as we seek a highly skilled Design Thinking Professor to lead our students in the art of human-centered solutions. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the principles and practices of design thinking, driving business innovation, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver curriculum in design thinking, innovation, and customer experience
- Lead and mentor students in design thinking projects and research
- Collaborate with industry partners to develop and implement design thinking solutions
- Contribute to the development of design thinking research and publications
- PhD in Psychology or related field with a thesis relevant to design thinking
- Three to five years of industry experience in design thinking, innovation, and customer experience
- Expert knowledge of management practices related to business innovation, product development, and customer experience
- Significant experience managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary design projects
