About the Role:
We are looking for a professor with expertise in design thinking, innovation, and human-centered solutions. The successful candidate will have a PhD in Psychology or a related field, with a strong background in design thinking and industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Teach design thinking courses to undergraduate and graduate students
- Mentor students in design projects and provide feedback
- Develop and implement curriculum for design thinking courses
- Conduct research in design thinking and innovation
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A PhD in Psychology or a related field
- Three to five years of industry experience in design thinking and innovation
- Expert knowledge of management practices related to business innovation, product development, and customer experience
