Banquet Supervisor

The Banquet Supervisor role at Westwood Plateau is a seasonal part-time position with the possibility of full-time work. Peak times for banquets are May to September, November, and December.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure events run smoothly and on schedule
- Supervise staff and provide support as needed
- Prepare detailed reports for the F&B Management team
- Communicate with kitchen staff regarding meal and dessert times
- Accurately charge invoiced items to the event account
- Secure the building at the end of the night
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in banquet and/or restaurant supervision
- Serving It Right license is mandatory, Foodsafe is an asset
- Reliable transportation is required
- Availability for a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including one weekend day
- Willingness to undergo training for lower positions
- Ability to work late nights, including until 3am
- Must be 18+ due to alcohol service
