Banquet Event Coordinator

At Westwood Plateau, we are seeking a highly skilled Banquet Supervisor to join our team. As a Banquet Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events in our banquet department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event logistics, including setup, service, and breakdown
- Supervise banquet staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Prepare detailed reports for the F&B Management team
- Communicate with kitchen staff regarding meal service
- Accurately charge event expenses to the correct accounts
- Secure the building at the end of the night
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in banquet and/or restaurant supervision
- Serving It Right license is mandatory; Foodsafe is an asset
- Reliable transportation is required
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including one weekend day
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be 18+ years old due to alcohol service
