About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Giannis Pizza and Wings Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as planning menus and estimating food requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cook and prepare a variety of dishes, including meals for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for special events and daily operations
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain inventory and records
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, and ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week
  • Language of work: English
