Executive Chef - Giannis Pizza and Wings

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Giannis Pizza and Wings Restaurant Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that all menu items meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Culinary Operations: Plan, prepare, and execute menus, including daily specials and catering events.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff, maintain inventory levels, and optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Menu Development: Create new menu items, update existing ones, and ensure consistency across all locations.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Implement and maintain rigorous food safety protocols, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certification, Culinary Arts Certification
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
