About the Role

Magnolia Dental is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality dental services.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Order and maintain dental and office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient dental environment.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, confirming patient information, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist dentists with procedures, such as preparing instruments, mixing materials, and sterilizing equipment.
  • Provide excellent patient care, including educating patients on oral hygiene and maintaining a clean and organized dental environment.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Registration with provincial or territorial authorities.
  • Certification by the National Dental Assisting Examining Board.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a dental setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
