About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Care Specialist to join our team at Aya Dental Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine patients' teeth, gums, and surrounding tissue to diagnose and treat oral health issues.
  • Administer budget and manage resources to ensure efficient delivery of dental services.
  • Restore, extract, and replace diseased and decayed teeth using advanced techniques and materials.
  • Perform oral surgery, periodontal surgery, and other treatments to address complex dental issues.
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Design bridgework, fit dentures, and provide appliances to enhance patients' oral health and aesthetics.
  • Write fabrication instructions or prescriptions for use by denturists and dental technicians.
  • Act as consultants to other dentists and healthcare professionals to share knowledge and best practices.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are essential for performing dental procedures.
  • Attention to detail is critical for ensuring accurate diagnoses and treatments.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors is necessary for selecting appropriate materials and equipment.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling is required for performing various dental tasks.
  • Repetitive tasks are inherent in the role, requiring stamina and focus.
