Restaurant Operations Manager

At SUBWAY, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting: Develop a budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
- Operations Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Staff Performance: Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure high-quality service.
- Planning and Organization: Plan and organize daily operations, including setting staff work schedules and training staff.
- Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks, such as balancing cash and completing reports.
- Physically Demanding: Work in a fast-paced environment, lifting heavy objects, and standing for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Dental Plan: Participate in a dental plan to maintain good oral health.
- Health Care Plan: Participate in a health care plan to maintain good physical health.
- Work Term: Work on a permanent basis, with regular hours and a stable schedule.
