Job Description for Restaurant Supervisor

At Chaska Restaurant, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The position requires physical demands, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting.
