Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Royal Ambassador Event Centre and The Consulate Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week
Work Environment:

The Royal Ambassador Event Centre and The Consulate Restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
