- Manage and maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Communication
- Respond to incoming correspondence and inquiries
- Make and receive phone calls, and take messages
- Prepare and send emails and other correspondence
- Project Coordination
- Assist in planning and coordinating projects and events
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials and agendas
- Financial Administration
- Process and reconcile invoices and payments
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in preparing and submitting financial reports
- Other Duties
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
