Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sussex Insurance Agency (Crest Plaza) Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and communication.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, including minutes and action items.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient use of time.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring easy access to critical information.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Work Environment

35 hours per week, permanent position, working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
