  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify new business leads, and work closely with our sales management team to distribute leads across various business sectors.
  • Customer Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date and accurate customer and prospect database, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up with potential clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed to support business growth and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of the Financial Services Industry and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to groups and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (French/English) skills are an asset, but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and other business tools to manage customer interactions and data.
