Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone or through email.
Key Responsibilities- Generate sales leads and contact potential customers to discuss product offerings and pricing.
- Closing sales deals over the phone or through email.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and track sales metrics.
- Provide product information and pricing to customers, and resolve any customer inquiries or issues.
- Experience in Inside Sales or account management is ideal.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Excel.
- Persistence and agility to achieve end goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for nurturing strong client relationships.
- The ability to prioritize and be highly organized.
- A strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
- Bilingual (French and English) - English only will be considered for the Central or Western Region.
- Full-time availability of 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, business hours, some flexibility may be needed).
