About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our Inside Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new prospective customers through research and outreach efforts.
  • Lead Distribution and Management: Work closely with Sales Management and team to distribute leads across business sectors and maintain a current and accurate customer and prospect database.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Complete ad hoc reports and requests as needed to support business growth and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to make group presentations and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bilingualism: Bilingual (French/English) skills are an asset in this role.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues.
