Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Programs Manager to lead our efforts in the Quebec market. This is a unique opportunity to develop and implement industry-leading external programs and partnership initiatives that differentiate Teva's brand.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a range of pharmacy programs and partnership initiatives to maximize customer loyalty and engagement. This includes planning, developing, and implementing retail pharmacy strategies, leveraging the expanded role of Quebec pharmacists as key healthcare providers.

You will also be responsible for strengthening the marketing strategy of Teva Canada's product portfolio through the strategic development of Quebec specific assets to support products and patient support programs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional team to plan, develop, and implement a Quebec specific retail pharmacy strategy.
  • Develop and implement pharmacy programs for independent retail and corporate customers that are relevant to the changing pharmacy landscape and product support needs.
  • Oversee the integrity of all existing pharmacy programs by regularly reviewing content and performance.
  • Manage the program portfolio to ensure budget allocation is towards programs that are achieving the highest performance metrics.
  • Present pharmacy programs to customers and represent Teva at industry tradeshows.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in pharmacy, marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience developing and implementing pharmacy programs and/or marketing activities within the Quebec pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Quebec pharmaceutical industry and its' relevant stakeholders.
  • Excellent French language communication skills (oral and written).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong vendor relationships.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
