The role of Pharmaceutical Training Specialist at Pharmascience Inc. involves collaborating with subject matter experts to create effective training modules and assessments for operators in pharmaceutical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop objectives.
  • Design and develop teaching materials for online, face-to-face, and blended learning environments.
  • Utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools to produce high-quality learning materials.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of courses and training materials, making revisions as necessary.
  • Train trainers on developed teaching materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess learning needs and develop solutions.
  • Creativity and innovation in designing and delivering training materials.
  • Proficiency in French; ability to communicate in English.
  • Demonstrated adult training competencies.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Collaboration and team spirit.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and eLearning development software.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
