Job Title: Construction General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at THE SMART RENOVATIONS INC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure profitability and minimize risk.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
