Job Title: Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liaison Officer to join our team at Wenetwork Solutions.

Job Summary

The Liaison Officer will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility, organized, and reliable with excellent communication skills
