Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Liaison Specialist to join our team at Wenetwork Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing reports
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility and reliability, with a strong team player attitude
