Area Sales Manager

At Fastlaneautoexchange, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure customer loyalty and generate business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- Manage and service existing accounts, as well as develop new accounts.
- Provide customer training and support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with product and service innovations, market conditions, and competitors to adjust sales strategy accordingly.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and perform other administrative duties associated with the sales function.
- 3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven experience as a Territory Manager, building and maintaining relationships.
- Experience closing sales and increasing sales and revenue.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
- Proficient in MS Office and excellent communication skills.
- Organizational and leadership ability, as well as problem-solving aptitude.
