Bakery Specialist

Country Market is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes to meet the high standards of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality baked goods.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Prepare special orders and ensure that all products meet established standards.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet customer expectations.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
- Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail to ensure high-quality products.
- Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
