We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or finance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Accurate and organized with strong attention to detail
