**Job Summary:**

**Responsibilities:**

  • Collaboration and Communication: Engage in effective communication with colleagues, residents, and families to promote continuity of care and foster a positive team environment.
  • Medication Management: Accurately administer medications, monitor responses, and investigate any medication-related incidents.
  • Care Planning and Coordination: Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

**Qualifications/Requirements:**

  • Degree from an accredited School of Nursing; Master's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in long-term care or a related field; demonstrates clinical competence and strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
