As a Lease Portfolio Manager, you'll play a vital role in achieving this goal by analyzing our current lease portfolio, identifying opportunities for renewal, and presenting lease renewal options to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the current lease portfolio to identify opportunities for renewing clients into new lease contracts.
  • Contact clients prior to lease-end to schedule vehicle inspections and review lease renewal options.
  • Work with Product Advisors to address client questions and concerns, and present lease renewal options.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers during the vehicle appraisal process to ensure seamless lease renewal experiences.
  • Assist in the overall sales process, including presenting features and benefits of new vehicle models.
  • Work with Financial Service Office managers to schedule successful lease renewal vehicle deliveries.
  • Stay up-to-date on current vehicle features and maintain a high standard of product knowledge.

Requirements:
