As a Lease Portfolio Manager, you will play a critical role in analyzing our current lease portfolio to identify opportunities for renewing our guests into new lease contracts. You will work closely with our Product Advisors to review any specific questions, concerns, or special requests our guests may have about entering into a new lease contract. Your goal will be to present lease renewal options and work with our Sales Managers during the vehicle appraisal process.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. If you have a background in sales and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the current lease portfolio to identify opportunities for renewing our guests into new lease contracts.
  • Contact guests prior to lease-end to schedule a vehicle inspection of their current vehicle.
  • Work with Product Advisors to review any specific questions, concerns, or special requests our guests may have about entering into a new lease contract.
  • Present lease renewal options.
  • Work with Sales Managers during the vehicle appraisal process.
  • Assist in the overall sales process, including presenting features, options, benefits, etc. of new vehicle model(s) that our guests express interest in.
  • Work with Financial Service Office managers to schedule successfully completed lease renewal vehicle deliveries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Have an attention to detail and high-quality control standards.
  • Have strong computer knowledge and skills.
  • Quick learner, and team player.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Previous sales experience, with ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and communicational skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • A valid Ontario Driver's License with a good driving record.
