Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coding Tutor to join our team. As a Coding Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coding instruction to children aged 7-14, creating a positive and safe learning environment, and working closely with parents to ensure student progress.

Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Stay up-to-date with our curriculum and develop engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of our students.
  • Classroom Management: Create a positive and safe learning environment that encourages students to explore and learn.
  • Student Assessment: Work with students to determine their skill levels and provide feedback to parents on their progress.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with parents and center staff to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience.
  • Center Operations: Assist with daily center operations, including cleaning and maintaining the dojo to corporate standards.
Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children aged 7 and up, preferably in a teaching or mentoring role.
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of coding concepts and technologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
