Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at STACKED UNIVERSAL BROTHERHOOD INC. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team
