Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their shopping experience and becoming an ambassador for our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services
  • Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • Skilled at selling sporting goods and outdoor equipment
  • Passionate about the outdoors and committed to providing excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
