Pediatrician Opportunity in New Brunswick

Horizon Health Network is seeking a dedicated and passionate Pediatrician to join our team in New Brunswick. As a Pediatrician, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe and quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide full-time practice in General Pediatrics, including inpatient and outpatient care.
- Offer consultations to hospital-based patients as requested by attending staff.
- Participate in departmental medical education initiatives.
- Provide on-call services as required during statutory holidays, evenings, and weekends.
- Participate in departmental and other appropriate pediatrics and hospital committees.
- Engage in medical practice that is compatible with the Health Authority's mission, values, and strategic directions.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Medical Degree from a recognized medical school and postgraduate studies (residency) in the field of Pediatric Medicine.
- A valid license to practice medicine in New Brunswick through the College of Physicians and Surgeons of New Brunswick (CPSNB), and Certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
- Written and spoken competence in English at an advanced level. Bilingual skills would be considered an asset.
