Dental Associate Opportunity in Southern New Brunswick

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Dentist to join our team at The Dental Place in Quispamsis, New Brunswick. As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment equipped with cutting-edge technology, serving a vibrant patient base of 3000 individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform dental procedures with precision and exceptional care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with the dental team to prioritize patient well-being and ensure seamless treatment experiences.
- Educate patients on preventive oral health measures and provide clear explanations of treatment options for informed decision-making.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records in accordance with professional standards.
- Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience; recent graduates with enthusiasm and a commitment to learning will also be considered.
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
- Possession of a valid dental license and relevant certifications.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating humility and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
