About the Position:

Lambton College is seeking a highly qualified Professor to join our Faculty of Nursing. As a Professor, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our students and contributing to the development of our nursing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic leadership and support to students, faculty, and staff

• Develop and revise programs and courses to ensure they meet the needs of our students and the nursing profession

• Design and implement effective teaching and learning environments that promote student success

• Develop and select learning materials that support student learning and progress

Qualifications:

• PhD in Nursing

• 5 years recent clinical experience in acute care, long term care, and/or community care settings

• Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

• Previous teaching experience at a post-secondary academic level

• Experience utilizing simulation strategies in teaching is preferred
