Key Responsibilities:- Design and construct new processes for modeling data to inform business decisions
- Develop predictive models and leverage big data technology to design solutions that deliver smarter business decisions
- Collaborate with data and analytics professionals to optimize, refine, and scale analysis into mature analytics solutions
- Play an active role in the development of innovative data strategies to understand consumer trends and address business problems
- 2-8+ years of data science/quantitative modeling experience
- Proficiency in SQL and a computing language such as Python
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in several of the following areas: machine learning, statistics, optimization, product analytics, causal inference, and/or experimentation
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with a high attention to detail
- Solid business acumen and experience in synthesizing complex analyses into actionable recommendations
